Returns

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags intact.

  • Made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned.

  • COD/express shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • A small logistics fee may be deducted from your refund.

  • Returns are not available for international orders.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Raise a return request through your order panel or via our support contact.

  2. Once approved, pickup will be arranged.

  3. After inspection, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within business days.

Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.

  • You may cancel before shipping via your account or by contacting support.

  • Pre-orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.

Exchanges

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging intact.
  • Exchanges are processed subject to stock availability.
  • Exchanges can be requested in case of:
    • Size issues
    • Product defects or damaged items received
  • In case of a defective or damaged product, customers must share clear photos/video proof within 48 hours of delivery.
  • If an exchange request is refused and processed as a return instead, a deduction may apply from the refund amount.
