Shipping policy


Pre-Paid Orders

  • Shipping Timeline: We will ship your prepaid order within 48 hours. You will receive a tracking link via Email and WhatsApp for your convenience.

  • Pre-Order Products: Certain products are available on a pre-order basis. For these, the tentative shipping time is mentioned under the "ABOUT THE PRODUCT" tab on the product page itself.

  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders.

  • Express Shipping : We offer express shipping at a nominal cots of INR 99/- ( Non-refundable) 

  • Delivery Timeline: Orders are typically delivered within 7-8 working business days.

  • Refund Deduction: In case of a product return, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders

  • Shipping Timeline:
    We will ship your COD order within 3–4 working days. Once shipped, a tracking link will be shared via Email and WhatsApp.

  • Partial Payment for COD Orders:
    For COD orders, customers are required to pay the shipping charge (₹250) in advance at the time of placing the order. The remaining order amount will be paid at the time of delivery.


  • Refund Deduction:
    In case of product return, a ₹100 return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount, in addition to the non-refundable ₹250 shipping charge paid at the time of order.
