1. Washing
- Wash by hand or machine in cold water (max 30°C) to prevent shrinkage and color fading.
- Always turn the garment inside-out before washing — this protects the print surface and reduces friction marks.
- Use a mild liquid detergent only. Harsh powders can damage fabric loops and raised prints.
- Wash with similar or dark colours separately to avoid dye transfer, especially during the first few washes.
- Do not scrub, twist, or rub the printed or embroidered area directly.
2. Bleach & Chemicals
- Do not use chlorine bleach.
- If needed, only use non-chlorine / color-safe bleach in very small quantity.
- Avoid strong stain removers directly on print — they can crack puff print or fade screen print.
3. Drying
- Do not tumble dry. Heat collapses the puff print texture and shrinks French terry cotton.
- Gently reshape the garment after washing.
- Dry flat or hang in shade only.
- Avoid direct sunlight — it causes color dullness and print hardening.
4. Ironing
- Never iron directly on print or embroidery.
- Turn garment inside-out before ironing.
- Use low heat (cotton setting).
- For extra safety, place a cloth over the area while ironing.
- Steam only from the inside surface.
5. General Care Tips
- Do not dry clean (chemicals damage print binders).
- Avoid rough surfaces while wearing (tables, backpacks, belts rubbing on print).
- Store folded instead of hanging for heavy French terry to maintain shape.
